The front desk was shabby, and the staff acted like they were busy all the time, rather than providing the royal treatment I expected. Plus, the air conditioning was not working in the halls. Honestly, after all the hassle, I woudl ve been fine with a complimentary upgrade, but all I recieved was indifference. Just couldn't give a good review, sorry.
